Requirements and Policy

• You must be 18 years of age and have a U.S. address.
• This is a non-refundable transaction (NO RETURNS).
• Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any credit card.
• We regret that this item cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or outside the US.
• *Gift Cards are processed and shipped next business day.
• Gift Cards are redeemable at our main retail store only. (Not for lessons, rentals, or consignments)

• Can I buy a Gift Card and have Gelb Music deliver it to my family or friend(s)? – The answer is NO, unfortunately the card MUST be shipped to the billing address of the Credit Card used in the purchase.
• We do NOT ship to APO/FPO Addresses, P.O. Boxes, or outside the US.
