Step back into the swinging sixties with this rare and stylish 1965 Hagstrom I Kent II Futura – a true piece of Scandinavian guitar history. Made in Sweden at Hagstrom’s Älvdalen factory, the Kent II was marketed in the U.S. by Unicord under the Kent brand name, and quickly became a cult favorite for its futuristic design and fast-playing neck.

Condition
Dialed in and set up in-shop, plays great with no issues. Some slight wear, but in better shape than you’d expect from a 60-year-old vintage guitar. Insides are very clean! Solid, playable, and 100% Hagstrom mojo. The vinyl covering is in great shape but has pulled away in a couple spots due to shrinkage from age. The neck is straight, frets are in good shape, and the red celluloid covering shows some slight wear but is in the best condition of any model we've seen. Original tuners have been replaced with covered Music Man chrome peg tuners. Features original Hagstrom tremolo bridge; trem arm is not original and has been modded to fit bridge. Includes vintage chipboard case (non-original) in excellent condition.
